It's official - Trisha looks her best in Gautham Menon's canvas!
Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya's Jessie is still fresh in the minds of the Tamil Cinema audience. And, now a recent 'Thala 55' still, that had her and Thala Ajith sipping coffee, has again created a stir for the lead pair's looks.
Reportedly, Trisha has got a lot of appreciation for her looks. She, in her verified twitter page, said, "Overwhelmed with the response I have been getting for my first look from 'Thala 55'. Thank you G (Gautham Menon)...". She also shared a new pic of herself with Ajith, Gautham and Dan MacArthur, from the movie's shooting spot and 'Trish' was again looking ravishing.
That's not all for Trisha. Her Kannada debut, Power, with Puneeth Rajkumar, has been met with excellent reviews and blockbuster collections.

Gautham did not say anything about the romance part between Ajith & Trisha, but he promised the episode between them would be very colorful & rich. He says that the entire story revolves around Trisha’s character, and Anushka plays as an IT girl. The team ‘Thala 55’ is looking to get permission from the Ministry of Defence to shoot at the borders of Indo-Tibet for the next schedule.

Mankatha
Mankatha is a 2011 Indian Tamil action thriller film written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. It features Ajith Kumar in the lead role, starring in his 50th film, along with an ensemble cast including Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, Vaibhav Reddy, Lakshmi Rai, Andrea Jeremiah, Premji Amaren, Mahat Raghavendra and Anjali. It was produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Cloud Nine Movies while Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the musical score and soundtrack, with Sakthi Saravanan working as the cinematographer and the duo Praveen K. L. and N. B. Srikanth as editors. The story, set in Mumbai, revolves around a heist of cricket betting money, executed by a gang of four thieves, who are joined by a fifth unknown man, and its aftermaths.
The film was formally launched in August 2010, with its principal photography beginning on 25 October 2010. Filming was held for more than eight months and took place primarily across Chennai, the Dharavi slum in Mumbai and Bangkok, Thailand. Following speculations regarding the film's release, Sun Pictures acquired the theatrical rights and distributed the film via Raadhika Sarathkumar's Radaan Mediaworks. Mankatha released on 31 August 2011 worldwide to generally positive reviews and grossed the second biggest opening of all time after Endhiran at the time of release. The film was declared an "All-Time Blockbuster" at the end of its theaterical run. The film was also dubbed into Telugu as Gambler and released in Andhra Pradesh ten days later while it was a box-office hit in Kerala as well.

Trisha and Anushka decide Ajith's 'Thala 55' looks
We have the latest round of updates from 'Thala 55', featuring Ajith, Trisha, Anushka and directed by Gautham Menon.The portions involving 'Baby' Anikha Surendran have been completed. It must be noted that this kid is playing Ajith - Trisha's onscreen child in the film. Ajith is currently sporting black hair and his portions with Trisha are being shot at a brisk pace. Trisha's portions are in fact almost done.
Once Anushka rejoins the shoots, Ajith would be back to his natural grey haired look. The 'Thala 55' team is currently waiting for Anushka to work out her dates and plan her return to action.

Kireedam is a 2007 Tamil film directed by A. L. Vijay, who made his directorial debut with the film. The film was a reworked version of Sibi Malayil's 1989 Malayalam classic film, Kireedam starring Mohanlal, with Na. Muthukumar assisting with writing the dialogues. The film starred Ajith Kumar in the lead role with Trisha Krishnan and Rajkiran in other pivotal roles, while Vivek, Saranya, Cochin Haneefa and Santhanam appear in supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, while Tirru was the cinematographer for the film. The film opened on 20 July 2007 to positive reviews And turned to a super hit.
